By booking a call, submitting a form, or completing a payment, you agree to the following terms.


1. Booking a Call

By booking a call with us, you acknowledge that:

  • The call is informational and does not create a client relationship.

  • You agree to provide accurate information during booking.

  • You will receive email or SMS reminders as part of the scheduling process.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule if necessary.

  • A booked call does not guarantee acceptance into any program or service.


2. Form Submissions / Opt-ins

When you submit a form:

  • You consent to being contacted about your inquiry.

  • You authorize us to send emails, updates, and information related to your request.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time.

  • You agree to provide truthful and complete information.

  • Form submissions do not obligate you to purchase anything.


3. Payments & Enrollment

When you make a payment for a service or program:

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • You agree to complete the payment plan selected at checkout.

  • Services may pause if payments are late or incomplete.

  • Access to certain deliverables (such as book launch support) will begin once payment is made in full.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate removal from services.


4. Our Responsibilities

We agree to:

  • Provide services described in the program or service purchased

  • Communicate timelines and expectations

  • Deliver reasonable support related to your project

  • Maintain confidentiality and protect your materials


5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide the materials needed to complete your project (forms, files, manuscripts, photos, etc.)

  • Communicate respectfully and promptly

  • Review drafts, deliverables, and requests on time

  • Respect deadlines and processes outlined during onboarding

  • Delays on your side may extend project timelines.


6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Book sales or bestseller status

  • Media features

  • Business revenue from your book

  • Specific publishing timelines controlled by third parties (Amazon KDP, printers, etc.)

  • Your results depend on your participation and follow-through.


7. Intellectual Property

All templates, training, processes, and internal materials remain the property of Pink Door Marketing Agency LLC.

You retain full rights to your own manuscript and book.


8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
